Ear Blings strives to make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible. We warranty all merchandise against manufacturing defects for 15 days from receipt of shipment.

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. 

IF THE ITEM IS SOLD AS ONE-OF-A-KIND: One-of-a-kind orders placed before 12pm (ET) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm (ET) Monday through Friday, or during weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days. 

IF THE ITEM IS CUSTOM, CUSTOMIZED, or BACK-ORDERED: Orders containing custom, customized, or back-ordered items placed Monday through Friday will be entered on our production schedule the same day and shipped when completed and inspected. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be entered on our production schedule the next business day and shipped when completed and inspected. This type of order can take up to 10-14 business days before it is shipped.

IF AN ORDER HAS A COMBINATION OF ONE-OF-A-KIND AND CUSTOMIZED (OR BACK-ORDERED) ITEMS: In order to keep shipping costs economical, your complete order will be shipped when all your items are complete. This is dependent on the production schedule at the time we receive the order. If you need your one-of-a-kind item right away, please place separate orders and understand that we must charge the additional flat rate shipping fee.

A member of the Ear Blings customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock, if there will be a production delay, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

We have a flat fee of $3.95 for any size order shipped ground within the USA. We currently do not ship internationally. For faster delivery, rates will be quoted when the recipient address is entered.
