If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Items must be unworn and unaltered. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt. All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Please note, all ‘Clearance’ items and customized orders are “ALL SALES FINAL” and may not be exchanged or returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
Once we process a refund, your original payment provider may take additional time for the refund to officially post within your account. Their processing time is beyond our control. If 7-10 business days has elapsed and your credit card provider has not posted your refund, please contact their customer service first.

Clearance items and Custom Items
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Customized items may only be replaced if there has been a personalization mistake that was produced by us.
Exchanges
We only replace regular-priced or sale items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via our contact form: https://www.earblings.com/contact/ for an RMA number and the return shipping address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to the email address that you used when requesting a return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, subject to our returns policy.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided when you are assigned an RMA number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of item and any applicable sales tax will be refunded only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
